This memorandum analyzes the air quality impacts of the already draft CMPO 2035 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). Based on the analysis presented in this document, the CMPO 2035 RTP & TIP conforms to EPA interim regulations for PM2.5 non-attainment areas. Therefore, all the transportation projects in Cache County included in the 2035 RTP are found to conform. This analysis compares projected future emissions to 2008 levels.
