2025 Long Range Plan Archive

This Long Range Plan version was adopted in June 2000. Development of the plan took over three years and included very extensive data collection and analysis. The CMPO's computer based Travel Demand Model was developed as part of this update. This included the completion of a detailed origin & destination study to help determine traffic flow patterns in the Cache Valley and calibrate the Travel Demand Model. While not the current plan (click here for current plan), this plan established many of the priorities that have been carried forward to subsequent plan updates.
